Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: Payment <= 1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment >= 1000USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment.
Q: What materials are available for the gears and molds?
A: For gear products, we support ABS, Nylon, POM, PA6, PA66, MC, PTFE, TPEE, LCP, PVC, PP, PE, etc. For mold materials, we use S136H, 718H, NAK80, P20, H13, and others according to specifications.
Q: Can you provide customized gearboxes and molds?
A: Yes, customizing various gearboxes per requirement for our customers is our specialty. We offer free design services if you send us a physical sample, and free mold design work after the contract is signed by both sides.
Q: What are your quality control procedures?
